In 1987, as a newcomer to eMalahleni, Theo saw the need to identify the numerous suburbs in the growing town.
Witbank Reklame Diens was established with the plan to sell advertising space and to render a service to the public, his growing interest in the advertising industry fuelled this plan. A few years later as business grew, the name was changed from Witbank. SignMax erected the first billboard along the N4 passing through eMalahleni. Since then SignMax™ has grown and established itself as one of the leading sign manufacturers in Mpumalanga, delivering and installing our products in Mpumalanga, Gauteng, Free State, Limpopo and the Northern Cape, as well as delivering to some of our neighbouring countries.
Rubber Stamps was a natural extension of this thinking and SignMax bought their first Rubber Stamp Machine in 1998. Initially, production was done on a photopolymer machine but the company has subsequently invested in two state of the are laser engravers which allow us to manufacture stamps in just a few minutes.
In addition to stamps, engraving services are offered. This includes name badges.
